Stoner

Birra chiara, dal colore dorato carico. Al naso è potente ma fresca, con note di albicocca e frutta candita. In bocca è equilibrata, con sentori di miele che si fondono con un fruttato elegante, mascherando la sua rispettabile gradazione alcolica.
A light-coloured beer, golden. Fresh but potent to the nose containing notes of apricot and candied fruit. On the palate it is well balanced having hints of honey and fruit which pleasantly mask its fairly high alcoholic content.

Con formaggi a pasta media, paste ripiene, risotti, piatti a base di zucca e zafferano, carni bianche, verdure al forno.
Excellent with cheddars, filled pasta dishes (ravioli and similar), risottos, marrow and saffron based dishes, white meats, baked vegetables.
