Abbiamo realizzato questa birra per i 15 anni del Birrificio Brùton.
Double IPA dal colore oro carico e dal corpo spiccato. Luppolata a freddo con Sabro, Ekuanot e Azacca, è una birra dall’intenso calore alcolico, bilanciata da un amaro lungo e persistente. Le varietà del luppolo usate le donano sentori resinosi e agrumati, con una vena tropicale di mango, ananas e cocco che rinfresca e mette in correlazione la parte dolce e maltata con il finale netto e amaro.
We decided to brew this double IPA especially for our 15th anniversary. Golden coloured with an assertive body, is dry-hopped with Sabro, Ekuanot and Azacca. It’s a strong beer, balanced by a long-lasting, persistent bitter end. The hops varieties we choose bring resin and citrus scents, together with an exotic like perfume, having pineapple and cocoa hints refreshing your mouth and putting in correlation the malty, sweet side of this beer, with the dry, neat and bitter closure.
